Docko

Workforce software for Amazon DSPs

Your pay run, in one action.

Put your own week in below. This is the same arithmetic Docko runs every Friday. Routes worked, BYOD, van rental, self-billing invoices, and the same button that sends them.

28 self-billing invoices generated, numbered and locked, then one batch payment run. Bank details are read on the server at send time, never from this screen.

One system, from invite to payment

Every station runs on the same handful of jobs. Docko does them in one place, so the same driver record carries through onboarding, the schedule, the van, the incident and the invoice.

Drivers and compliance

Onboarding

Drivers onboard themselves

Six steps on their phone: personal details, business and tax, passport and right to work, licence with a DVLA check, bank details, contracts. The office approves. Nobody chases a photo of a passport over WhatsApp.

Document expiry

Every date watched, fleet wide

Passports, licences, right to work, insurance, proof of address, safety certificates. Each one carries its own expiry and shows up on the dashboard before it lapses, not after.

DVLA checks

Never miss a licence check again

Check codes stored per driver and re checked on a schedule, at the interval that driver's points require: yearly on a clean licence, every six months, every three, or monthly as endorsements build up. The portal tells you who is due this week.

Contracts

Signed, versioned, enforced

Contractor agreements and policies signed in the app with the name, date and time recorded. Change a version and everyone re signs. No signature, no activation, which is what makes a deduction stand up.

Team and access

Add or remove office staff in seconds

Invite a manager, give them only the pages their role needs, and revoke it the day they leave. Every sensitive action stays with the accounts you choose.

Fleet

Weekly schedule

Three weeks at a glance

Availability, standby, holiday, induction and ride alongs across every station, with the six consecutive day rule enforced as you type. Publish a week and drivers confirm from their phone.

Van allocation

Vans assigned automatically

Allocation follows the published schedule, so the right van is against the right driver before the shift starts. Conflicts and unallocated routes surface immediately instead of at the gate.

Inspections

Biweekly checks with photo evidence

Every van on a fortnightly cycle, completed on a phone with photos, mileage and sign off. You can see what was inspected, by whom, and what was found.

PAVE

PAVE tracker with a yearly view

Amazon leased vans tracked against the monthly PAVE deadline, plus a year long dashboard so you can see coverage across the whole fleet rather than chasing a spreadsheet each month.

Rentals

Rental tracker for hired vans

Who has which hire vehicle, from when, at what rate, and when it goes back. Costs land on the right week and nothing keeps billing after it has been returned.

Downtime

VOR cases and lease replacements

Off road vans logged with a case number and the replacement clock running, so a van sitting for three weeks is chased on the day it matters.

Money and people

Pay run

Pay every driver in two clicks

Routes worked, van rental, BYOD, bonuses and deductions become self billing invoices. Approve once, send once. Amounts and bank details are read on the server at send time, never from the screen.

Incidents

Damage logged, deductions applied

An incident is recorded against the driver and the van, priced, and turned into a deduction on the next pay run automatically. The driver sees it in the app and has a window to respond.

Performance

Driver scorecards that stay current

Weekly scorecard data per driver kept alongside their record, so performance conversations start from what actually happened rather than from memory.

The screens you'd actually be working in

Not a marketing render. This is the weekly schedule and the pay run as they look on a Monday morning, with made up drivers, because real ones don't belong on a website.

Thought through and built by someone who runs a station, not by a software company guessing

Docko began as the internal system for a DSP running 100+ vans across 2 Amazon sites. Every feature exists because something went wrong first: a driver paid for a route they didn't run, a van nobody chased, a contract that turned out not to cover a deduction.

That's the difference in week one. The words are the words you already use: station, route, VOR, standby, ride along. The workflow is the one you already have, minus the spreadsheets.

What a new station gets in the first week

Docko is set up per station, with your own rate card, services and documents. Nothing is shared between operators.

  • 01Your rate card, services and deductions loaded
  • 02Your contracts and policies uploaded and set to require signature
  • 03Drivers invited by email, then they onboard themselves
  • 04Fleet imported, DVLA checks running on a schedule
  • 05First rota published, first pay run reconciled

See it against your own week

Fifteen minutes, your station, your rate card. We'll load a week you recognise and you can judge it on that rather than on a brochure.

Goes straight to admin@docko.co. We reply the same working day, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
